Oregon Pinot Noir With A French Accent
1789 is a traditionally crafted Pinot Noir.
The grapes come from the best Willamette Valley AVA vineyards. Each vintage varies in its composition of either Dundee Hills, Eola- Amity, or Chehalem Mountains AVAs.
The selected grapes are hand-picked, sorted, gently processed and fermented using indigenous yeasts.
The wine is aged in high-quality French oak barrels for 14 months, resulting in the complex , balanced and elegant 1789 Pinot Noir.
